Kashrut

1. The Young Israel of Neve Aliza finds it appropriate to allow its members - full members and "associate" members - to make use of the kitchen/Simcha hall. Full- and Associate-members will be allowed to bring kosher food into the kitchen/Simcha hall and will be permitted to bring food cooked in their homes or from a supplier/caterer who has a kashrut certificate.

2. Non-Members of the YINA will be permitted to use the kitchen/Simcha hall under the following conditions:

a. Any food must be provided by a supplier/caterer with a current certificate of kashrut.

b. It is not permissible to bring in ready-made or foods prepared at home.

c. They must hire the services of kashrut supervisors who will supervise the kashrut procedures.

d. The Rabbi will dictate these kashrut procedures and they will be displayed in the kitchen.

e. The Rabbi of the YINA has the right to delay/deny the use of the Simcha hall.



Renting the Hall


1.
10% to reserve the hall, and full payment (can be spread out into payments) upon signing the rental agreement. (If the affair is cancelled, Full- and Associate-Members will receive a refund. Non-members will not receive a refund.

2. The key will be available 5 hours before the affair, and upon receipt of a security check of 1,000 NIS.

3. In the Summer, on Fridays, the key will be available from 13:00 (12:00 in the winter).

4. Anyone wishing to rent the hall must sign a contract. Keys will be available from Malka Shumer.

5. If the renter wants the hall more than 5 hours in advance, they may rent the hall for the whole day - for an additional 200 NIS in advance.



Cleaning the Simcha Hall and Kitchen

1. Immediately following the event, the hall and the kitchen must be cleaned.

a. Garbage must be removed.

b. The tables and chairs must be returned to their places.

c. All decorations must be removed.


Lighting, Air Conditioner

1. The host of the event should coordinate with the one in charge, everything connected with the lighting, air conditioning and elevator.


Beit Midrash

1. The Beit Midrash is not to be used as a Simcha hall unless there is a conflict.

2. Use of the Beit Midrash will be at the same price as the Simcha hall.
